Our Story
Jonathan and Susie Lanza worked together on numerous projects since 2008. Eleven years later they teamed up with Jarreith Theriot to form a site work company for future generations.
In 2019, the company name was changed from Lanlee, LLC to SiteCo, LLC.
This is where OUR STORY formally begins.
SiteCo hired its first employee, Gerald Ford, who brought 40 years of construction experience with him. Now ready, our team eagerly jumped into action.
Just as SiteCo was beginning to roll, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the nationwide shutdown changed our plans for 2020. As small businesses struggled to retain employees and remain open, SiteCo’s top management was unrelenting and worked tirelessly to plow through the barriers.
Following the heartbreaking loss of Jonathan Lanza in October 2020, co-member, Susie Lanza, stepped up to the plate and maintained operations along with Jarreith Theriot. Well aware of the goals for SiteCo and Jonathan’s personal dreams, Susie has continued overseeing daily operations of the company, with Jarreith managing field operations and estimating. Susie is also pursuing certification of SiteCo as a woman-owned business.
In 2021, SiteCo moved operations to a new location in Elmwood and hired its first office assistant. Then in 2023, SiteCo welcomed Lori Kabbani to the team. Lori’s vast business knowledge and experience is an exact match for the Business Manager position. Operations moved to its present location in Harvey, offering more space to maintain supplies and equipment to best service our clients.
SiteCo is a company to watch. Guaranteed!…so stay tuned.
